Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Fitting Policies:

Size fittings can be done in person, or if shopping online, can be done by use the size guide or size of a previous, well fitted hat. All hat run true to size and re-fittings are free, so don’t panic!

Cancellation Policy:

If you are no longer able to make it to your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your start time.
